Take pain inside you and see that it is really nothing but anxiety for something that hasn’t happened.
Take pain behind you and realise that it has long gone away.
Take pain in front of you and realise that it is only there for you if you decide to need it, if you decide to want it and find in it a purpose other than that of which you are right now afraid.
For pain is in itself nothing other than a feeling, a feeling of an experience that is removed from love. Am experience that is your most fragile self wishing to be heard. A feeling that is a living reminder of that which you are not.
And knowing this, knowing the difference between that which is you, that which is love and that which is not, the pain can be seen for what it is and allowed to be itself, acknowledged and not ignored.
And as soon as this acknowledgement is given, as soon as it is felt and understood, it can be allowed to be, to pass, to be thanked for the reminder of its own experience and known for what it is.
And knowing this, know that love is all around you, love is within you, waiting for you to allow its glow to welcome every part of who you are.
